We’re looking for a Legal Manager who will be the guardian of our company’s integrity and a trusted advisor to the business.

In this role, you’ll provide strategic legal counsel and ensure that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You’ll work closely with business leaders across departments to enable growth while managing legal and regulatory risks, ensuring that every initiative is both innovative and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support on all business operations, commercial transactions, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, partnership, and technology contracts.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements and reflects business’s objective.
  • Partner with internal teams to anticipate legal risks and ensure business initiatives align with applicable laws.
  • Represent the company in legal discussions, supporting internal stakeholders with sound, solution-oriented guidance.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external counsel as needed to ensure smooth communication and reporting.
  • Identify potential, monitor and report on legal risks, propose preventive measures, and oversee mitigation actions.
  • Conduct company secretarial function and handle the corporate matters, including the board of directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, meeting minutes/records and documents preparation and maintaining, the company registration and mandatory fillings
  • · Be part of the Legal and Compliance Team and to support on all matters relevant to the Team’s scope of work and responsibility, including compliance and data privacy matters.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M).
    • Licensed to practice law in Thailand.
  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years of legal and compliance experience, preferably from fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
    • Proven experience providing legal counsel in commercial and corporate law.
    • Exposure to data privacy, financial regulation, or consumer protection laws is a plus.
